Reggie Wynne works for The Salvation Army Harbor Light in Cleveland. Every weeknight, he mans a cantina and heads to East Cleveland where the homeless rely on him for hot meals. During this winter season where temperatures dip below freezing, this is one of the many good works that The Salvation Army continues to do to build hope and provide solace for the many men, women, and children of Cleveland.
