The Painesville Citadel Corps is commanded by Majors Robert & Karen Bender, and Captain Narcisa Mino, who are assisted by a skilled team of Christian Employees, and a Volunteer Advisory Board, comprised of prominent business, professional and Civic Leaders. Today, after 115 years of service we have committed ourselves to the original mission of The Salvation Army.
